What happened overnight? Police Blotter report for Thursday, November 13th 1987

Anthony Ruggiano, 26, of Roxwood County, San Andreas, was issued a Uniform Traffic Citation by Roxwood County Sheriff's Office, on the 12th of November, 1987 for speeding (10-15mph over) in a posted 45mph zone. Ruggiano was also cited for Failure to Yield to a Traffic Control Device. Ruggiano is summoned to appear Dec. 3rd in County Court.

Derrick Smith, 21, of Roxwood County, San Andreas, was arrested by Roxwood County Sheriff's Office, on the 12th of November, 1987 for Criminal Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, a second Degree Felony. Deputies allege that Smith was passing cocaine in small amounts, in order to benefit financially. Police also allege that Smith had struck a local on the sidewalk, fleeing from police. Deputies searched the car, where cocaine was located inside of the glovebox. Smith is summoned to appear December 12th in Superior Court.

Omar Santiago, 32, of Juniper, San Andreas, was arrested by Roxwood County Sheriff's Office, on the 12th of November, 1987 for Criminal Trespass, Burglarly, Felony Obstruction and Menacing a Public Servant. Deputies allege on the 12th of November, Santiago broke into shipping containers, to then lead police on a high-speed chase. Ultimately, Deputies located Santiago at a home invasion, where he was taken into custody following a short incident. Santiago is due in Superior Court on December 12th 1987. 

Luis Navarro & Flacco Escuella, UNK ages, were arrested by Roxwood County Deputies on the 12th of November, 1987 for Criminal Poss. of a weapon, unlawful fleeing of a police officer (on foot) aswell as Aggravated Assault on a Public Servant. The duo is alleged to have robbed the back in Marina Beach, on the 11th of November. Escuella, is further accused of assaulting Deputy Espinoza with a crowbar. Both parties are summoned to appear in Federal Court on February the 22nd, 1988.
